This surgery is always happy to help, you cant always get an appointment but I request a phone call back and this works very well. Dr Dullo is a very caring GP and always takes the time with his patients, recently we saw Dr Dullo and needed to be referred to the hospital which was done very quickly.

Impossible to get an appointment. Appointments get cancelled. Understaffed.

I have been with the surgery since I moved here in the seventies.I have never had any complaints,apart from the long wait for appts, but that appears to be the norm everywhere of late.
When I had a problem 2 years ago I was referred under the 2 week rule. Daunting at the time,but with hindsight I was pleased.Luckily I was OK.My friend in another part of the country has not been so lucky as we have found out.
I and my family have all ways had good care at Ifield medical practice.

Dr Alexander went beyond his job giving me a last minute out of hours call then waiting at the closed surgery so I could pick up a prescription.

Not at all easy to get an appointment and when you get a telephone from the doctor there is no way they can diagnose a chest infection with 2 different inhalers and antibiotics when they wont even see you and listen to your chest.
an absolute disgrace!!!!
